I own getting stuff shipped - fast, stable, and actually what we promised. That means writing code, fixing blockers, reviewing PRs, and jumping in wherever the team needs it, not just running meetings about it.

On the team side I hire, set the technical bar by doing the work myself, and handle performance management directly - catching issues early and working with engineers to fix them, not just documenting and waiting.

I’m responsible for driving the technical vision and architecture across PandaDoc’s website technology stack. I directly oversee the web engineering team, including planning, estimation, quality deployment, product launch, and maintenance. Additionally, I direct, govern, and empower key expansion work streams throughout the organization.
