I’m responsible for driving the technical vision and architecture across PandaDoc’s website technology stack. I directly oversee the web engineering team, including planning, estimation, quality deployment, product launch, and maintenance. Additionally, I direct, govern, and empower key expansion work streams throughout the organization.

In this position, I work on connecting the Website Technology organization to other cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Product Technology, Sales, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams, identifying opportunities to align technology and technological strategy across the organization to drive efficiency and business outcomes.

As a head of development overseeing 14 independent offices at Samlerhuset Group B.V., I spearheaded cross-functional teams and digital transformation initiatives. My role bridged technical innovation with strategic business objectives across multiple European markets.

As a Full Stack Developer specializing in CMS platforms at GavickPro, I played a key role in developing and maintaining premium Joomla and WordPress solutions used by customers worldwide.
